Terms & Conditions

All of the plants are dispatched in good condition.

All plants are subject to availability. The acceptance of an order is not guarantee of supply.

COMPLAINTS:

I cannot be held responsible for plants lost or damaged in transit, where I am not the carrier. All claims should be made against the carrier concerned. However please contact me pronto. In the event your parcel is damaged, please retain plants and packaging until further notice.

Neither can I be held responsible for plants lost due to poor or incorrect cultivation, inclement weather conditions or any other reason outside of my control.

Upon receipt your plants should be unpacked and inspected. Should you in any way be dissatisfied, please let me know in writing within 7 days of the receipt of your plants, and I will do my best to put things right.... either by replacing plants or offering a refund. We may ask for the plants to be returned, in which case we will refund the return postage. Nothing in this statement should be construed as a change to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability for all plants is limited to the purchase price of these plants.

Purchase of my plants signifies acceptance to these terms.
